LJ8C1 intelligent low voltage reactive power compensation unit is an intelligent combination device which integrates control, protection and power capacitor. Two groups of △ type (common compensation) low-voltage power capacitors or a group of Y-type (separate compensation) are used as the compensation main body. With zero voltage input, zero current breaking, capacitor over-current, component over temperature, on-line fault and other perfect protection functions.

The intelligent reactive power compensation unit changes the structure mode of the traditional reactive power compensation device, so that the complete reactive power compensation device has lower power consumption, smaller volume, flexible, simple and high reliability. The product has a variety of control modes and combination modes to meet the different needs of users.

1. Control

It is composed of LCD LCD display module, analog circuit, digital circuit and manual switch control circuit with 16 bit single chip microcomputer as the core.

● LCD displays parameters such as capacitor current, temperature, capacitor capacity and fault status.

● the special designed quick response contact switch is adopted, and the contact is closed when the AC voltage at both ends is over zero by microprocessor, and the contact is broken when the AC current passing through is over zero. Ensure that there is no impact current when input, and the contact does not pull arc when breaking, so as to improve the service life of the switch.

● the intelligent reactive power compensation unit is composed of two △ type (co compensation) or one Y-type (sub compensation) low voltage power capacitor as the basic combination. Two common compensating capacitors can be equal or unequal, and two capacitors can be controlled separately; the compensation is controlled by each phase.

● when each group of capacitors in the intelligent reactive power compensation unit is put into operation, a set of signal indicator lights can be connected to be connected to make input indication.

● the controlled intelligent compensation unit is controlled by the reactive power compensation controller or the automatic control intelligent compensation unit.

● the automatic control intelligent compensation unit integrates the reactive power compensation controller and the input and cut-off unit, and has the function of reactive power compensation controller. The power capacitor has pressure protection.
