How to connect the intelligent reactive power compensation controller

The adjustment of reactive power intelligent compensator is divided into low voltage and high voltage

Low pressure:

1. After connecting the sampling current and voltage signals, check that there is no short circuit between the phase and phase of the main circuit and between the phase and the ground, send the main power supply and the controller power supply, and send the switch of each switching circuit (plastic case or micro break, etc.);

2. Set the parameters of the controller, check the wiring and normal action of each control circuit in turn;

3. Send each switching circuit switch (plastic case or micro break, etc.) to manually switch in each circuit, and observe that each current is normal after switching in;

4. Set the controller to the automatic position and let it put into operation automatically.

High pressure:

1. After connecting the sampling current and voltage signals, check that there is no short circuit between the main circuit phase and phase and phase to ground, connect the contact signal (switch signal or communication line, etc.) between the capacitor cabinet and the front-end switch cabinet to the control power supply, and do not send the main power supply at first;

2. Manually open and close all switching circuits, as long as the switching state and action are normal;

3. Set the relevant parameters of the controller and microcomputer protection, and send the primary power supply again;

4. Manually switch each circuit, observe the current and display it normally;

5. Put each loop in the automatic control position to make the controller switch on and off automatically.
